We all know the reasons why the Saudi's are doing this, but there's no reason why the Middle East shouldn't have a top football league. Our Premier League has hoovered up talent for 20 years (providing the UK with additional soft power). It is what it is, but I do see a real benefit for the game across Africa and the middle east.
