However, I have reported previously on how he has forcibly disappeared a UFC fighter who became a member of his government. He and his entourage are known for murdering those they suspect of disloyalty. There is precedent for this.
Basically, what I am saying is it is entirely plausible, but, as of right now, extremely difficult to prove.
