Great read - If the Saudi sports-washing project starts seeing a decline do you think we’ll see a shift in how aging players approach their retirement without the extreme monetary incentives on the table or will another league just show up to take it’s place?

That's an interesting question, Louis—I'd say players currently can take either the Messi route (MLS) or the Ronaldo route (Saudi) but it seems the Messi route is the more appealing one at the moment. Sure, it means living and playing in the US—not ideal atm, to say the least—but probably better than the alternative right now. It will still be appealing to some players, especially the ones who relate more to the region and its culture but I think the more stable route will be MLS moving forward.

Epstein's class trafficks in pedophilia crimes to make itself attractive to black market global crime wealth power actors; the Saudis traffick in sports addiction access crimes to make itself attractive to global crime wealth power actors.
